Do not use Kerry with Z Best. It is Z WORST. We negotiated to buy a house 2 month before closing we were stuck with him making repairs. Now, over a month after closing, he is finally getting done and the work he did is very poor. He hires poor labor and then leaves the job site, not returning. He does not return calls or texts and shows up to do the work unannounced whenever he feels like it. The quality of the work was very bad.

Make sure to check out this company's criminal record before you hire them to do any work for you. Terrible company!
