Small lil facility but real good instructors that like to teach kids/youth martial arts of Karate. Location is left to be desired for... the real kicker is the fee structure, "wow" ya gotta be kidding me when it cost more to join there then it is for LA Fitness, 24 Hr Fitness or Gold's Gym. Don't get me wrong I don't mind paying that kinda a price for a top notch facility that has everything including a fabulous waiting area with free WiFi, coffee, refreshments, TV, lounge chairs etc kinda like Red Dragon Karate in Glendora! 
I like you guys but you really need to restructure your fee schedule...

The Senseis here are friendly, and really know their art. Group classes here are challenging and fun, and private lessons are well focused. They present a great mix of traditional art and street ready self defense along with fitness. I was also impressed because they have an attached gym as well and the most open hours I think I have ever seen. I would recommend stopping in to check them out for anyone looking for self-defense, martial arts or just motivational and fun fitness. Everyone at this dojo/studio is friendly and awesome.

I was a student for 3 years.......

High Energy & Good Spirit is what the Sensei's at this location are all about. If working out with a group is not your cup of tea, then never fear because private instruction is available. Would love to say that it's affordable, but I understand that financial situations do vary from person to person. What I do know is that they are willing to work out a payment plan that best suits your needs. As you begin to evolve as a karate student, you'll soon discover the areas of weakness that need strengthening and the instructors are more than happy to help you improve in those areas. If moving up in rank is not your goal, that's okay because you can join just to learn self defense or simply because it's fun. There are several instructors at this location, but it'd be best to ask for Sensei Mike since he is the one in charge and will have answers to all your questions.
