I love Zales but this location is awful.  It's has potential. The selection is really good but the staff sucks. The two older lady's there are so rude and unhelpful

Love this Zales! The lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is I wish there were more people working there. When I went, I had to wait for about 5 mins because all the salespeople were busy.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would.  Less than 12 hours after my wedding band's first required cleaning and inspection, one of the stones had fallen out.  It was not just any stone, but a stone from my mother-in-law's wedding ring; my mother-in-law who passed away six months before our wedding.  The employee who handled my cleaning and inspection was completely unapologetic and insisted she did a thorough inspection.  

I took the ring in to have the stone replaced (not that a family heirloom can be replaced, but I couldn't look at the void forever).  The ring was supposed to be ready for me to pick up on or before January 15th.  It is nearly two weeks past that date, and they still do not have the ring.  We have been told that the ring was shipped from the jeweler (in Orland Park) on Monday, January 18th.  How is it possible that it has not arrived in Norridge 5 days later?  We have talked to the store manager and even corporate.  Every single person has been extremely unprofessional and argumentative.

My husband and I have been married for four months, and Zales has been in possession of my wedding band for over 1/3 of that time.  We are leaving on our honeymoon in two days.  I am so, so disappointed that I will not even be able to wear my wedding band on our honeymoon.  We will never, ever consider doing business at Zales again and would not recommend them to anyone.  Save yourself the frustration and heartache.

Poor management, poor customer service, poor repair services, would not recommend this company to anyone. I am never having business here again.
