We bought our wedding rings from this store in 2005 with the lifetime warranty. We have been extremely impressed! We get free cleaning and diamond checks every six months. One of the diamonds loosened up and they had the ring fixed and returned in less than two weeks! They completely replaced my men's ring because they did not repair it to the owners qualifications! Now to me that's awesome customer service!!! Definitely recommend this store if you are buying real diamond and gold jewelry!

If I could give this store a zero star rating, I would. I have had nothing but headaches and false promises from this store. The customer service is AWFUL. They ladies working can be so heartless and cold when there is an issue. When my ring got sent out before my wedding, the repair store sent the wrong ring. They then overnighted the ring to a completely different state!! I got my ring back two days before the wedding. LUCKILY. I recently had to send it in to add the final band and have a loose setting fixed. I picked the ring up 2 days ago and the diamond in the setting that was supposed to be fixed fell out. I am furious. I am a newlywed and I just want to wear my ring! I wish I would have read these reviews before doing business at Zales. I 100% regret purchasing my ring from them. My ring is beautiful and I love it, but it has been a pain doing business there, and the ladies working are so mean and rude about it all!

I just got my wedding band back from being resized on Friday and a diamond already fell out this weekend! I took my band in today and the customer service was absolutely awful. The ladies working were having a conversation when I walked in and they seemed less than pleased that they had a customer and had to stop talking. I then asked the woman if she could check the diamonds in my other two rings to see if any are loose and she just took my rings and looked at them under the light and said they were good. Then when I asked when my ring would be done I was told May 30th, so over a MONTH to put one small diamond back in? If you have the option to go to a different location I highly recommend doing so.

Very Very Very poor customer service. I took my engagement ring in and I had to wait three weeks before getting it back, only for it to be resized to the wrong size. The ladies were all very rude and one smelled bad. not going back
