Poor companyou and crappy service. Owners are crooks they have been sued for ripping people off if you want answers go ask them yourselves they are running another front business at limitless elite gym in appleton.

I bought a very nice ring from A&E in Neenah in early July. Rachel was very good. She took plenty of time to help me and was very knowledgable. They informed me it would take 2 1/2 weeks to get my ring sized. It wasn't until after the sale did the customer service drop completely. Having worked in sales myself and my husband owning is own business, I am fully aware of the importance of quality customer service. A couple of days after the sale, I called to make sure an appraisal would be done on the ring, and available when I picked up the ring. They informed me it was going to cost me $85. I questioned why is it going to be an additional price on a ring I bought from you? The girl said you bought from us then no problem, no charge and it will be with the ring when you pick it up. They will call you when the ring is in along with the appraisal. Due date went by, and I called the store. Took them time to even find my order. They said was not in and would call the jeweler. They called back blamed the jeweler and said it was his mistake and the ring would be in the following day along with the appraisal. Again they did not call me, but I called again. Again, no ring and did not know for sure what day it would be in. The following day , I receive a call, and my ring was able to pick up. I picked up my ring, however they informed me no appraisal. They require my ring back for another 2 weeks, and a charge of $85. I spent $3,000 on a ring and now they are going to charge me for an appraisal, which they told me was no charge. This is my first time dealing with this jewelry store, and definitely my last. The lack of care and concern after the sale is simply ridiculous. The communications really poor. I simply can not and will not recommend.anyone to this jewelry store.

A&E custom made a ring with two stones that my husband brought back from Afghanistan while deployed and one stone they set for us. It was beautiful but unfortunately the one of the stones fell out from a bent prong. I expected to have to pay for a new stone since it was one of the ones my husband brought back from Afghanistan but they replaced it for free. We will be purchasing all of our jewelry from A&E after that great experience. Thank you!

I have had NOTHING but issues with this company from day one. I have had to deal with not being sized correctly three times which resulted in not even being able to wear my engagement ring our whole engagement and barely getting my wedding band in time because it had to be resized twice. When my husband went to get my engagement ring the last time it was resized he asked about his wedding band (which he was told was in) and the lady has no idea whatsoever where it was. His wedding band was supposed to be ready a few days before our wedding and two weeks before they kept telling us "it will be in today or tomorrow" he did not get his wedding band until hours before our wedding. The customer service during all of this was horrid. The district manager blew me off many times, saying she would call back and never did. Nobody knew what was going on ever. Luckily they gave us about $100 off of my husbands ring which I appreciated. We got married in July and in September a diamond has fallen out of my wedding band. I took it in and they fixed it in about two weeks and tightened all the other ones on the band. Now, two more months later another diamond has fallen out. How in the world am I supposed to wear this for the rest of my life with this terrible quality? I did not get to wear my engagement ring my whole engagement due to staff not being trained well enough in sizing, now I'll barely get to wear my wedding band due to terrible quality. Not to mention that a ring my husband had bought me about a year ago is already missing the stone as well. I'm ready to sell these rings back and move onto a better jewler. Never will I EVER recommend this pathetic excuse for a jewler to anybody.
