The worst customer service I have ever received.  They sold my husband and son a broken bracelet.  When I took it back I was promised to receive a call about a new on in 2 weeks because they would have to get one sent from another store.  Well here we are 6 weeks out and no call. I call at 3 weeks and they stated they could not locate one.  I took the time and found one in the San Francisco location.  I  called and spoke to the Asst Manager and she said she would order it and here it has been 3 weeks and no phone call. I would never go back...

Got excellent customer service on June 11, 2017, from Ms. Ramirez, and the following day from a young, sleek suit guy. Bought a gorgeous enhancement ring. The excellence of customer service ended there. When returning home, I unfortunately lost both the ring and the receipt. I contacted Zales customer service in order to get a copy of the receipt to file an insurance claim, and was told that I would need to visit the store. 

As that was physically impossible, I wrote the store a letter a month ago. I consider it a very bad customer service NOT TO REPLY AT ALL. Emails are delivered in seconds, and it doesn't take a lot of time to write one. It would be polite to let me know whether or not it is possible to get a copy of the receipt - I provided them the information needed. If that is not enough, it would be nice to know. I loved that ring, and believe me, it hurts to have it lost before even wearing it. All I was asking was some help.

The Diamonds are expensive, but what diamonds aren't. I just prefer to find the same ones cheaper.
