I love my jewelry from there, and Susan has been beyond helpful. However another worker, Shelby, needs taught how to be more professional while on the phone. I called to see when I was able to pickup my ring because I had to work the same day, and she said "um, they don't give us a time; they're delivering it". Then I asked if, when it arrives, could she call a different number than the one in file, she said "uh...wait a minute". She then proceeded to ask my number & said "ok thanks", persisting to cut the call short while I still had other questions...

Excellent!  I bought my ring from a different jewelry story but had it sized at Zales.  A few days after I got the ring back a diamond fell out.  Zales replaced it no charge and apoligized for the inconvience! Excellent service.
