Made a appointment to get my truck checked the receptionist told me no charge if I didn't want the work done. When I brought the truck there the following day I was explaining to the mechanic that i had alot of work done on my truck. He then tell me he's going to charge me just to look at my truck because I had another mechanic. He assumed that I was there just to compare prices. That wasn't the case I was there to fix my truck because as explained to him it was a safety issue because my son uses the truck for work. I needed the truck fixed immediately. 
No integrity, no way to treat a customer.

We brought our minivan in to have our headlights restored (under lifetime warranty purchased 3 years ago).  Though we had to wait a couple of hours for it, they completed the job in the time period as promised.  And the headlights look even better than the first time.  Zaloom is consistent in its attention to detail and superior service.

I had a problem with the linkage that connects my windshield wipers to the motor unexpectedly. They got me in and out in a few hours at the last minute with no appointment. Excellent customer service. I have been bringing my car's here for about 4 years now and will always bring my car to Zalooms as long as I live in Staten Island.

Friendly, helpful, professional. A rated shop. Can highly recommend. I look forward to the times I need to have my car serviced. This business runs so well and everyone you interact with is so happy and helpful. I actually look forward to seeing everyone at Zaloom's. Excellent service, professional knowledgeable staff. Unsurpassed customer service. I really can't even call it customer service anymore. I consider anyone who works at Zalooms a friend. Thanks again for an experience that makes me feel like I'm the most important person in the shop.

I gave them three chances and brought my car three times here and each time I end up bringing it somewhere else. It seems like their main concern is charging and paying. They don't care about their costumers or the work that they do, they just want to make sure they charge you as much as they possible can and collect the money. They charged me 115 dollars for opening up my truck and looking at my battery, they didn't run any diagnostics or tests! And when you ask to explain the chargers, you're addressed with attitude. It's a shame but lesson learned.
