When our family started making pizza in the back of a convenience store in 2004, we had one goal—to make the kind of pizza our family enjoyed—real quality pizza with side items that made a truly family pleasing meal.
Word traveled quickly that we offered the best pizza meal in Portland. It didn’t take long to outgrow our little SE 45th Street site. We moved to the corner of King and Linwood in Milwaukie in 2007.
We’ve had people tell us they can’t believe we’re not a national chain. The truth is we only have the one location, run by the entire family—mom, dad, and five children. We might look just as professional as those national chains, but we offer something that no franchise can—this is our community, you are our friends and family.
Everything we do is based on the value we place on you, our customers. We’d rather make a little less and keep our commitment to maintaining the original quality standards that built your loyalty in the past. So you can expect us to continue to use 100% real whole milk Wisconsin mozzarella cheese and to keep on making our signature dough fresh every day.
We can keep our prices economical, without cutting quality, because we don’t pay franchise fees.
We started our business because serving our community was important to us. We’re still just as committed to providing the finest pizza at reasonable prices. Our menu is flexible—no franchise ties prevent us from listening to our customers. So you’ll find creative options for building your own personalized pizza experience, buffalo wing appetizers, build-your-own salads and other tasty options that those chains just can’t offer.
