Take this review with a grain of salt. I'm just passing through and never heard of this place. Thought it might be different from fast food, nope. Gave it a try anyway. Similar concept to something in the dfw area called raising Cain. The chicken had a taste I'm not familiar with. Certainly not saying it's bad, just different for me. 
The manager was very nice and suggested food. I truly enjoyed the music over the speakers. Thanks for that. 
I may not be back for the chicken, but I'll definitely be back for the toast.

Best chicken anywhere around. Teriyaki sauce is awesome! Their Zac's snack pack U get 3 large pieces of chicken, fries, Texas toast, & a drink for  $6.99.

Zabys chicken at Alcoa exit is great chicken and the staff is very friendly. The prices are reasonable too. Love it:)

Awesome place to enjoy your lunch! I stopped here once and i like it! Food was fresh and tasty. Chicken thighs was good and not dry. Wings was good to! Try it!

I worked here, the back of house is so nasty, there are roaches everywhere. They have a nest where they keep the chicken. Will never eat here again, found a small one In my salad. Don't do it people! There isn't a no stars option.
