This was my first time at this location I didn’t order a lot of food but I’m always amazed with how good the chicken wing and chicken tenders were, the only problem was that it was kinda hard to see the pick up location kinda looks hidden but overall everything was good.Food: 5/5

For fresh food, I will never mind pulling down but, to wait 20 minutes for it to be wrong is disappointing. We had to go in after an more than impatient employee taking our order says we couldn't customize our food. Clearly she was just ready to get off and didn't want to push the extra buttons to take off the unwanted ingredients because, she kept talking over me as I was ordering, asking was I done ordering before I was done speaking, and before we could get our food she was walking out the door. We spent over $60 dollars just for the food to be wrong. Thankfully, we were able to give the food away to someone that eats pork bacon.

The employees are always very professional, nice and pleasant. The restaurant is always very clean and tidy. I actually prefer Zaxby's salads over Chik Fil A.  Last week, I went in just to try the new taco's and banana pudding.  I'm glad I did because the taco's and banana pudding were absolutely delicious.  Dietary restrictions: I don't eat red meat.  So knowing I have so many chicken options is refreshing.  Parking: There are always lots of spots to park.

Visited this location to try the banana pudding…it was VERY good! If you haven’t tried the pudding…this is your sign to check it out.Food: 5/5

I've been going ro this place for years and it's gotten worse everytime.  I don't normally take the time to leave reviews but I just sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes they came and put cones behind me and then the girl at the window tried to tell me I drove around the Combs and they wouldn't serve me literally 2 seconds after they took the person's order in front of me. I watched as they joked around not working then I was the last person in line and AFTER they took everyone else's order  After waiting patiently for almost 30 minutes they told me the fryers were off *after they took the 4 orders in front of me Absolutely ridiculous!  I was there 25 minutes before they closed and was turned away 15 minutes after because they Because they don't have the mental capability to perform a drive through job

I love their Asian Zensation Salad.  It is unfortunately not always on the menu. I really dislike that fact, but when they do have it on the menu, I take advantage and order it every time I'm near Zaxby's.Food: 5/5

Ordered curbside and waited 20+ minutes outside after checking in online. No one ever came out to bring the food so I went inside to get it myself. The cashier was texting on his phone and made me wait but I eventually got the food that was apparently just sitting behind the counter the whole time. On top of that it did not have any of the extras I ordered and the fries were unseasoned. Won't be coming back to this place again.

Food taste like it was made yesterday.  I’m so done with Zaxby’s.  I mean dam all you have to do prepare food correctly and everytime I’ve been there the food is horrible. Done!

Great food! Consistent! And new owner is great!  Won’t lie chic-fil-a being next door and offering 50% off for uniformed employees is a hard bargain. Depending on the week I go to one or the other more.  By no means am I requesting a discount. The food is great and inside looks amazing but 50%  that’s a struggle to turn down sometimes.

Teenage kids making the food talking and playing they forget to put all your ingredients in the salads. I ordered a Cobb salads chicken was missing and some veggies. Ridiculous!!!Food: 1/5
