I needed to cancel my card and request a new one but they were closed an hour early. It even said the time for the specific day on the door.

I have my mortgage here and have had all my car loans here. I've never had a problem.  Always friendly service.

This Bank is good but the employees are to rushed in my opinion but that could be the managements fault.

We got the job done. But employees seemed really in hurry to leave. Definitely not to provide service. They probably need to treat employees better. They will then treat customers better

Hidden fees on checking, don't work with you, polite but you can tell they do not care to help their customers, nor do that care to retain them, including their long standing customers. More than once they said I've authorized them to do something with my account that I did not. I'll be moving all 4 of my accounts elsewhere.
