This place is a joke look under Forest hills review not more than 2 stars its unsafe and Rita the head lady here doesn't do a damn thing that she said when we signed the lease it's a joke they need new management and staff I see the maintenance sitting around smoking in the trucks more than anything! Was told by Rita that new homes being set are precedent. So basically now that were tied in a lease we don't matter. They're more concerned with getting new residents than servicing the existing residents and we've only been here 7 months!

Ask too much for renting, mobile homes are not made well at all.. But they look nice to try to make up for the fact that they are cheaply made.
