Sorry not too much too say in a POSITIVE way!! Not very clean at all & felt pressured into making a appmnt too come back as well as leaving a Tip!!! I gave this place 2 chance & not good for me!! Staff was not alert & looked as if they slept at the facility!?! Too much talk in Native Language & felt very uncomfortable when this was done!! Who would like too not be able too hear words not understood?? I find that RUDE!!! So? I don't go back!! 2 times struck out!!!

I travel a lot and I have to go to various nail salons all over the country and I must say Zen nails in Connecticut was one of the best experiences I've ever had!! very courteous very attentive super accommodating  and polite I would definitely go back when I come back to Connecticut for business. Jhau was AMAZING! And She even throw in a temple massage with my eyebrow waxing!!! They were very time efficient as well!!!

Best place around for all of your beauty and spa needs. Worth the half hour that I drive there. You will need to call ahead for any services, as they book up fast.

Trimed my nails short after i told her a little told her i wanted them round she did them square she did not ask me .. do them round and when i told her i wanted them round she got mad.very rough rude did not like end result. Will not go back and if you want your nails done your way dont go thete manger is the rude.
