Secretaries not sure whats going on there? I had appt @11a.m. with confirmation call day before but now they dont see my appt? Now i have to wait to be seen?

Dr. Zia is a wonderful doctor as far as I am concerned. Sure he may be late loccasionally, but I've gotten used to that and I always make sure I have nothing to do too soon after. He became one of my mom's doctors after her heart attack 5 years ago. He's always been great with my mom, listens to her needs and concerns and makes sure she's healthy and well. I don't see him as often as she has, but I still feel he's great. When I see Dr. Zia, he asks about my mom and vice versa. I'm going to see him as I type ☺☺

My husband needed to be cleared by a regular physician before his back surgery. Came early like always to appointment about 20 minutes. Office when we walked is was disgusting (garbage on seats and floors) smell nasty and it was hot. Very unprofessional from staff. By far this doctor still hasn't seen my husband it's almost 1:30pm. 3 doctors and 6 rooms?!?!  Absolutely disgusted!!
