I wish the rating can be even lower.  Dr. Nordstrom spent no more than five minutes assessing/treating my husband.  The doctor did not clearly articulate what he thought my husband’s diagnosis was and basically made my husband feel unworthy of the doctor’s time.  Of course, no doubt we will get a huge bill for this waste of our time.  We have a good PPO health plan, we should have just researched ourselves a better doctor and coordinated our own care rather than taking this referral.

Dr. Nordstrom took out my tonsils. He was phenomenal and did a wonderful job. I could tell he was meticulous,  extremely professional and paid attention to detail. Dr. Nordstrom gets my highest recommendation!

It certainly took long enough to book an appointment with said doctor, and after adjusting my schedule multiple times to accommodate both him and his assistant, on the day of arrival I was promptly told "Sorry the doctor can't see you today." After expressing my frustration and the logistics of scheduling the appointment, the receptionist merely stated, "Sorry, these things happen sometimes." She took no time to explain in detail why my appointment had been bumped. When I inquired as to why I never received a call, she stated they had just called me as I was pulling into the driveway. I kindly told her my business with Aurora as an entity will cease, as I have had nothing but unsatisfactory experiences with physicians, facilities, building, and patient coordination.

Recently went to Dr. Nordstrom for an incurring battle with Meniueres Disease. The time he took to understand my needs was less then satisfactory. While I know that he was backed up there is no excuse to not take time to understand your patients needs. I am also very disjointed that the supervisor on staff has not called me back after leaving 2 messages. With the costs of healthcare, there is not excuse to not be heard.

I spent less than 15 minutes with Dr. Nordstrom and got billed $469.  Customer beware!!!    He didn't even perform his own hearing test and Mr. Berg who performed the hearing test billed me $197 for the hearing test!!
