I bought my Passat from them. The experience was so-so. I ended up having to haggle more than I wanted. I think the service staff does a great job. Always friendly and the waiting room is nice. I just wish the service prices weren't so expensive. I'd rather bring my car there, but the prices are just too high for simple services.

My experience with Zimbrick Volkswagen is limited to the service center, as we did not buy our VW from the dealership. We've had the car in there a couple of times. Each time, they've had to keep the car for an extended period — not a reflection on the service center, it was just a result of the repairs that needed to be done. Each time, Zimbrick provided us with a loaner vehicle free of charge, and followed up frequently with updates about the repair process. It made us feel more comfortable about being without the car for so long. Everyone seems very efficient and customer-focused, and the service facility is clean and well maintained. I always hope that we won't have to have the car in for extensive repairs in the future, but if we do, I'll feel comfortable taking it to Zimbrick.

Want to give a big thank you to the service department, particularly Alyssa Otto. She went above and beyond in taking care of me and in communicating how service was going on my 14 GLI. She is a huge credit to both the VW and Zimbrick brands. Will absolutely return when needed and recommend highly!

Honest and fast. My passenger back door locking mechanism broke and the door would close. Brought my VW in at 9am and it was fixed by 1:30...parts were there and the realized you can't drive a car with a door that won't close! I trust them for all my service needs.

Seemed like I was wandering around for a good half an hour before someone approached me. After a short time, the person who did approach me said he's not in the sales department, and went to find someone. (The only reason they get two stars instead of one, this guy seemed nice.) The kid, er..., salesperson? Alex Miller, was unable to answer my questions and I thought was very rude. I have been driving VW for 8 years now, and happen to be very fond of my car. I told him I wanted a new car and asked what they have that is similar, and he had no idea. When I finally got to a car, and asked him questions about it, he prattled off some statistics as if I were an android. Very condescending and chavanistic attitude. I would not buy a toy car from the place.
