For me purchasing a new vehicle has always been somewhat nerve-racking and stressful, but that was not the case at Zimmerman Honda.  Tony was so great to work with and made the whole process easy and hassle-free!!  He was very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable.  Tony worked very hard to help get me to a payment I was comfortable with and into the car I loved!!  I appreciated the time he took to explain the technology and different gadgets in the CR-V.  Kyle was very helpful also! He explained all the paperwork and didn't try to push any extra options.  I will definitely recommend Tony to anyone I know looking to buy a car!!  I can't thank you both enough for all your hard work and kindness!!  I love my Honda CR-V!!

Our lease was up on one car.  We liked the Civic and Accord so much we traded in our other car too  and left with two new cars.  We made them WORK for it!  Tony and Gilbert were very accommodating and professional.  It took us all day to figure out what we wanted to get but they weren't pushy with us at all.  They even shipped the wife's car in from another location so she could get the color she wanted.  I won't go anywhere else.

I traded my 2011 Pilot for a new 2018 Elite. I put a request to have the dealer contact me, within an hour I received a call from Luis. We had a great conversation, finding out what our needs were. Luis worked quickly to locate the vehicle we were looking for. Once the vehicle was located it arrived quickly. When picked up the vehicle Luis sat down with us going over the features, he pulled out the owners manual where he had gone through the manual and paper clipped pages and highlighted important areas. This was the second vehicle I had purchased from Luis, my parents had also purchased a vehicle from Luis. I am very happy working with Luis and will recommend him to others when they are looking for a new Honda.

I could not have been happier with my whole experience in purchasing our new CR-V from Randy Hill at Zimmerman Honda.  Seriously all our interactions with Zimmerman Honda from service, sales and financing have been fantastic.  Randy was very patient with us during the process of  deciding what our wants were in our new vehicle.  He worked very hard in making sure I was getting what I wanted.  He gave us time and space while we were making decisions.  He located exactly what we had finally decided on.  This was one of the most enjoyable experiences in buying a car we have ever had.  There were no games, just black and white and extremely fair.  There is no other dealership in the Quad Cities selling Honda's as GREAT as Zimmerman Honda.   Also their service department is OUTSTANDING as well.   Thank you again RANDY HILL for the outstanding service, hard work and patience in helping make this happen for us.
