Everyone was so professional and was very interested in helping me with my issues. They were very upfront and honest about what I could expect. No sugar coating or wishful thinking but very straight forward discussions about how to best handle the situation and managing expectations. I cannot say enough good about the Zinda Law group. You cannot go wrong with this team.

After my accident, choosing Zinda & Davis for my case has to have been the best decision I made on that very unfortunate day.
Shaken up as we were, I bypassed all the flashy TV commercial law firms and committed to some old fashioned research.
What better place to start than Google Reviews.
My initial visit/consultation couldn't have gone better.
Immediately, I felt comfortable with my attorney Burgess Williams and the Zinda & Davis all-stars. The interest he showed in my case and the clear visibility of his competence and expertise was only matched by how thorough and professional their services were.
Holly Todd was very polite and communicative in every aspect of my case. She made sure I remembered all of my physician/therapy appointments and never failed in going the extra mile to follow up on status/progress. Holly periodically would provide updates regarding both sides of my case which was much more helpful than words can explain.
Every last bit of their efforts helped my family and I rest assured that my case really mattered and was in the best hands possible. My concerns and inquiries were never brushed aside, and always addressed in a timely fashion with a great attitude. I really felt I could lean on my attorney's judgment and trust any and all advice he provided as well as all answers to my questions. Which goes a long way when a two vehicle family is reduced to one means of transportation especially when one works across town and the other is in the field over a tri-county area.
Never failing to exceed my expectations, I really appreciated the legal advice Mr. Williams provided regarding a separate vehicular accident involving one of my dear and close relatives, which had nothing to do with my case.
During my final visit the staff was still very accommodating and pleasant and Burgess Williams walked me through the legalities and closing stages with the same attention and concern he displayed a year previous when we first sat down to discuss my case..
Needless to say these types of situations can be stressful enough.
In closing, I left knowing I received the best services possible and was undeniably confident in my attorney's advice and judgement.
I would without a doubt recommend Zinda & Davis to any friend or family  who happens to find themselves needing exceptional legal services.

We had a vehicle case that seemed like everything was against us. We ran into a jack knifed sand hauler that was illegally backing up on a country road, blinding us with his headlights and outside of his truck. No trailer lights, it was impossible to see the bed of the truck until we passed the cab. DOT wasn't called in, and the police report wasn't written with any of our statements, as we were rushed to the ER and they never talked to us. Joe Caputo w/ Zinda and Davis decided to take our case on. He walked us through the steps as they were happening, and though we had some complaints, they were more complaints with the justice system and the slow process it takes to get things settled and not with The Firm. This was the first time I felt I needed to be represented because I felt the system was doing me wrong, not the first time I've needed a lawyer. I feel the most amazing thing over everything was how Joe humanized our situation/thoughts/feelings and didn't just make my wife and I feel like we were just "another case". He's the kind of guy I'd buy a drink at a bar and enjoy the conversation to come!
We settled, we felt that we reached a point we were happy with the results as they were. It's not all Hollywood "you won' want the truth, you can't handle the truth" bull... It's more about getting things taking care of the right way. I think if it was any other law firm, the results would have been much different. We settled months ago, it's taken a while to write reviews because I wanted the emotions to fall off so I could write an honest/non bias review. We've recommended many to people to Joe so far if they are ever In need, and highly suggest him to anyone else.
