I came in to get a consultation about some boots that had red wine on them. He told me it was going to be a big job and then went into the back and clean them within a few minutes they looked really beautiful! He's very affordable as well make sure to tip him well because he's worth it ladies!

It's a fairly straight - forward shoe repair shop.  A little pricy,  but they do try to make their customers happy. 
My wife early to pick up some boots that were not quite ready.  When she returned,  the staff RAN to the car before she could get out to had her the boots.  A little extra effort ... 👍

I've been doing business with them since they were in Glendale. Always high quality service! They are very nice here. I like that most of the time I can get my shoes polished while I wait, or in a relatively short amount of time. The price is very reasonable.  And the chairs in the waiting area,  are very comfy.

Zinke's barely does their job.  They do the absolute minimum and do not put quality work or any extra attention into their repairs.  To add to their poor service I had asked along with my repair they put new laces in my boots.  I reemphasized this several times.  When I picked up the shoes there were no new laces and she said she forgot.  When I asked her to lace them she said actually "she had forgot to charge me for that in the beginning" which was not true because she wrote up my ticket the day we talked about the laces.  I also asked to get new heels on another pair of boots.  Less than 1 month later the heel snapped in half.  I would suggest going to a place that genuinely cares about their customers and puts pride and a little love into what they do.
