Scott is a legend!
We spent the day with Scott riding Slick rock, North Rim and Wire Mesa.
Very interesting info about the local area, super knowledgable and helpful on riding tips.

If you come to Zion and don't spend the day with Scott and Zion Cycles you have wasted an opportunity.

Hopefully be back one day.

We were lucky enough to have Heidi take us on a last minute ride (2 adults/2 kids) a week ago.  First, I was amazed at the quality of the bikes she rented us.  Amazing.  Then, she drives a really cool truck.  Then, she took us to a really cool spot.  It was a great morning, great experience, great photos, great location.  Use this company, you won't be disappointed.  Oh, I almost forgot.  She is GREAT with kids.

The owner of the shop proposed us to cycle to the top of the mountain. We originally only wanted to cycle the perus trail but after listening to his recomandation, we climbed all the way up and found out that it was safe. The shuttle buses are the only trafic. The scenery was terrifific. A Must Go for Cyclists.

I rented a bike on three consecutive days, every day they were unable to provide a bell on a Mountainbike. "They don't come with a bell" - "can you put one on it?" - "no, we can't" - "why?" - "we don't have one". 

Even though it's unusual to have a bell on a mountainbike, I highly recommend one if you are doing the pa'rus trail or the road down from Temple of Sinawava - around weekends and labor day it's very crowded with children and people looking around. 
I don't understand why they can't provide a 2$ bell for security reasons. I felt mistreated - some of the staff is really unfriendly. Others are very obliging. 

I won't go there again, but they have a monopoly in Springdale, they provide the best stuff and have the best prices. Other stores in Springdale rent trash at higher prices. 

I wish they would learn to satisfy the customers' requests - although they don't understand why a bell is important for some trails. 

I will try again next year. Maybe they'll get 5 *****

Wonderful people here. The owner is true bike enthusiast. The owner is helpful, professional, and personable. The experience they have riding in the area is a true asset to anyone interested in riding the Canyon or the surrounding area. Being that it is the only truest authentic bike shop in the area some of the prices reflect its proximity to the park and its remoteness, but nevertheless it is worth it for anyone truly vested in biking and enjoying our national parks. Selection is limited but they have anything you might need and will do what it takes to make sure they get you out there on a bike enjoying the beautiful gift of nature that surrounds you. Be patient. Many people want to ride. Many people either need a bike or need a bike part or a bike fixed and they may only have 2-4 hands at a time to address the needs of many. In any event I recommend this shop and encourage you to visit it if you are at all interested in riding at Zion or in the general area.
