I normally don't like fudge, but I loved the Fudge I had there! They give generous scoops of ice cream, and the ice cream is soooo good! The employees were really nice and were always there to see if we needed anything else. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

My family and I stopped in after a beutiful day at zion..We purchased some fudge then we asked for a sample..The employee cut me the smallest tiniest piece ever(more like a slither)]..I asked if I could get another piece for my husband and she told me "1 per family"with a rude tone.. I thought that was the ridiculous thing I had ever heard..I didnt expect to get 6 samples but another one would have been nice especially since I had already purchased fudge. She expected me to share with the rest of my family (5 other people)..If you are a parent you know you cant ask for something and not share with your kids..I definately wont go back there...

Honestly this place does not even deserve a full star rating. Stopped by with family, after dinner, for some dessert and souvenirs. As we walked in there was a girl and a woman talking by the counter; the girl turned around to greet us and the woman with a dirty blonde 80's hairdo just gave us a snide look. This we chose to ignore due to the beautiful day that we just had at Zion and my 6yo niece's excitement at getting something special. But when I politely interrupted the 2 employee's/owner's conversation to ask for the restroom - the older woman this time, halfway facing me, with arms across her chest and a look that conveyed how-dare-you, nodded her head towards the corner and curtly said "back corner" - was it for me. I then turned to my sister, gave each other an eyebrow raising look and said "we should go". Now I'm not sure if her attitude is because our skin tone is waaay more tanned than hers or she's having a bad day, but if you're business is based on tourism and customer service, a gift/dessert shop is not the right place for you. If your livelihood depend on ALL types of people from different parts of this world that is (gasp!) bigger than your world, to come spend their time and hard earned money at your business? Then your discrimination or attitude is the last thing we would want from you - just FYI.

This place has the worst customer service!! It doesnt even deserve one star. The elderly woman behind the register had the audacity to harrass me for choosing to purchase an ice cream cup from the candy store across the street instead of her store. This has been the only place in Springdale that we encounterred outright disrespect. Today, after having a great day at Zion National park. We went out to get groceries, as we were walking back to the hotel, I stopped to get Ice cream, then proceeded to walk across the street to see if I could find souvenirs/gems at this store Zion Park Gifts. I walked in and saw a glass figurine that my mother-in-law would love. I go to the cash register and ask the elderly woman behind the counter if my husband can come in with the bag of groceries to see it before I buy it. To which she answered: " yeah, that's fine he can just set it down, that the sign "no outside food or drink", is mostly for people that think it's okay, to buy their ice cream across the street and then come into my store and eat it, knowing that I sell ice cream here." I was speechless. (I had a mini cup of chocolate ice cream, because I'm pregnant and had a craving.) Seeing how taken back I was by her outrageous comment she said, "the point is he can come in". Didn't even attempt to apologize for her incredibly rude comment. So, I replied, "Thank you, but I'll just leave." And, walked away. Yes, I really wanted to buy that figurine it would have been perfect. But, I would rather throw away $50 than give it to her, and her store. Her comments were absolutely not necessary. There were other ways to address it. Like " I'm sorry ma'am can you please finish the ice cream outside before coming in." I would have understood. Berating me because I did not buy ice cream from her was not right.
