Horrible. It took 14 business days to have my furniture delivered from Atlanta to Berkeley, California (far more than the 8-10 business days they represented). My numerous calls starting after the 10 day promised business day delivery period trying to locate my furniture fell on deaf ears. Customer support indicated that they needed to check with the shipping department and asked me to call back the next day. Each day, same routine- "Where is my furniture."' "I don't know we have to call our shipping department." Please call them now and I'll wait on the phone." "No, you have to call back tomorrow." I would call back the next day and go through the same routine. It seemed like they had no idea where my furniture was. Then, when it arrived at the Berkeley warehouse, Zippy Shell failed to contact me. It was only through aggressive insistence on my part that the issue was finally elevated to a contact at Zippy Shell who could help. It turned out that the furniture had indeed arrived at the warehouse several days earlier but Zippy Shell was unaware of it's arrival. That's why I had not received any e-mails or other notification of the furniture's arrival. A time and date was set up for delivery and setup. Zippy Shell failed to deliver within the promised window of time. More calls and finally the furniture was delivered but despite paying for unloading and setup, they failed to setup intimating that it was an additional cost when I had already paid for it. After numerous complaints throughout the process, Zippy Shell indicated that they would provide me a discount of their services. That too never happened. Their ads are great. It's what drew me to the company and the reviews I read seemed positive. Their initial e-mails both before and when my furniture was first taken were great- professional, informative and nicely presented. But after that it was hell. My experience was strongly negative. I wish you better luck.

They were fantastic! Pod delivered and picked up according to schedule. Driver was friendly and very helpful.

Very simple procedure! Set up pickup time, they arrived promptly and completed their work timely. My "stuff" was sent to a storage facility in the area where I was relocating. Once I knew when I would be arriving in said city, I called, a delivery time was established and my locked container with workers arrived timely. They were very accommodating on both ends with multiple called to communicate all plans. They were less expensive than other options. I did have one broken leg on a piece of furniture, but the piece was still available and I will repair it. I've moved cross country a few times, and this was extremely minimal--it had been broken previously and glued. I was very satisfied with the service and the price.

Excellent price, performed on schedule with great service. Could not ask for a better experience.

Although I was not able to actually use their service, they were extremely helpful and accommodating in a last-minute bind. I received an honest and accurate quote for what I would need to move, and was able to schedule a drop off all within one phone call made the day of. I will definitely be using their service for my next move and highly recommend them!
