I had a really good experience with this car wash recently. I paid for a wash and went through but when the wash was through my vehicle was still dirty. I asked if I could go through it again as a redo to clean the dirty areas and was given a second wash. I really appreciated the customer service I received and made me want to frequent this place more because of it. If the manager or owner is reading this I have to say, THANK YOU. I enjoy having the free vacuums available. What I think could be improved is more suction power from the vacuums and for the wash to get everything the first time I go through.

I'm here to tell you that no one in there right mind that loves to detail there own car should go to a place like this to get there car washed. I went there because I have been so busy to find time to wash and detail my car. I paid the price and got nothing. I wax my car all the time. I thought I would get something of sort out of this. I paid $20 for there more expensive wash. I got nothing but a half ass car wash. There was no shine to my car, there was no detail to my car. It looked like it just got a rinse nothing more. I had to buff out the residue this carwash left all over my vehicle and rewax because it left my vehicle looking so dull. Had to shine my own tiers which was included. I will never spend my money at a place like this again.
