Providing family friendly service to Kalamazoo for 9 years and counting!

We sell a wide range of cruisers, sport hybrids, comfort hybrids, road and mountain bikes. We also boast one of the largest skateboard and longboard selections in Kalamazoo.

Tried many bike shops around town and this is the one I like to come back to. ZCB has a large, broad inventory and a staff that reflects all the different tastes and aspects of cycling. They have outfitted my roommates and me with the best possible gear and I will gladly keep coming back.

I want to say how great my most recent experience was here.
It was  great customer service and very fair price for the labor.
The gentleman Who helped me was extremely polite, knowledgeable, thorough and did a great job with helping me.

I bought a Cannondale mountain bike for my son. The bike was nice, the service not so much, they did not offer any water bottle cage or water bottle. That bothers me because the shop down the road gave us free ones just for stopping in. I have brought the bike in twice now to get the shift cable adjusted. (Free for on year) Not even sure it was looked at the first visit.  I just left again, this time I watched them adjust the cable. The man was in such a hurry he didn't even clean the chain!  On my way out the guy told me the tires need air. Really?  If I paid would they fill it up for me? That was my last trip in that bike shop! I will pay PEDAL down the road to adjust it. Picture is 15 min into the first ride after the tune up. What a joke.

I really liked walking around the shop talking bikes with the guys here.  They have a straight forward and honest crew here,  i would suggest this place to anyone of my friends looking for a new bike.
