Always excellent customer service! I've purchased two bikes from them, a mountain and a road, over the last 7 years. They are very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any questions. They'll even go out of their way to make sure you are making an informed decision.

Very personable staff, helped me get a great deal on a bike on clearance with their distributor. Bike was assembled and available for me to pick up the day they received it. Worked with my budget and provide a free tune up when you purchase a bike from them.

The whole crew here has been top notch every time we've been in. Can't say enough about how well they've treated my family.

We went here to buy my son a bike that would work well for him and fit well.   They didn't direct us to the most expensive bikes, they steered us to the bikes that would be just right for him based on his height and level of experience.    We couldn't be happier with the bike.  And, they went through, step by step and taught my son how to use the gears, what he needs to do to keep the bike in good maintenance, etc.  Now, my son WANTS to go back in, just to see everyone again and to get his bike tuned up on schedule.  They really impressed upon him that these bikes require responsibility and my son listened and takes it all very seriously! I love this place and their customer service.  Top notch!

I will go here to look at bikes then buy online. Their return policy is a joke.
