Zucca roofing is an AMAZING COMPANY !! All the people with this company work very hard to insure the job is done right.From having the materials delivered and having the shingles put on the roof.To tearing off the old roof and installing the new roof.They also installed new peak vents and painted all the other vents brown to match.The clean up was very good with NO TRASH or NAILS left around our home.Thank you very much !!!!! Quick shout out to Zucca Roofing. Just redid the roof on the house we are selling. Needed the roof replaced due to hail damage.  They gave a quick estimate, worked with insurance and were super friendly and nice. They replaced the roof in 1 day. Absolutely no debris or mess. I'd never had guessed they'd been here if I hadn't met with them to set it up. Thanks for the nice and awesome service!

Worked on neighbors roof and used my driveway to throw debris down to. While I couldn't park there for two days, I specifically asked them to check the driveway for nails.When they were done I checked the drive and found a few nails. Apparently I didn't find them all, one ended up in my tire, and found 4 more after that. I still have s bit of trash roofing material in my driveway weeks later.

The roof there still isn't done, so I hope they don't come back and make another mess.

Came out to tarp a 6" hole, the tarp was 3'×2', and it was done very professionally.  That being said they charged me $300 for 15 min of work!   WHAT A JOKE!  IF U WANT TO GET WAY OVERCHARGED CALL THESE GUYS.  I called, paid, and explained how ridiculous the charge was but i got some lame "I'll pass it on" and that was it.

I called Wyatt and he came over quickly to give me an estimate. Told him what I needed (3 vents installed) and asked when and how much. He quoted me a number that was much higher than most told me they paid, but he said he was able to get to it in 2 weeks or less. All the roofers I called said flat out no they were not interested due to it not being a full roof job. No one cares to make money anymore it seams. He said he would email me a bid of the agreed price, but never got the email. I emailed him asking when they were coming since it had been a week (just wanted to know so I could plan) and that he never sent me the bid. He replied back with "I said it would be 2 weeks...." etc. Had a bad tone to it. I was simply asking so I could plan. He then said late this week or early next, that was 2 weeks ago. Today out of the blue a truck pulls up with roofers saying we are here to do your vents. I was in the middle of a phone call for work (work from home). The roofers were no biggie, told them what I wanted and the translator repeated it to the crew. They were in and out in less than an hour. Victor, the boss was very nice and polite. I am not upset at the roofers, as it should be someone from Zucca calling me to give a heads up. Just not a very good vibe from this company at all with the failure of communication and tone of emails. Price was high, but the work is done. Hopefully the vents do not leak. Doubt I will use these guys again.
