I had a new roof installed by them in 2015 and it was one of the worst decisions I ever made.  I found out after they completed the job they do not stand behind their work.  If anything it will cost you more as any fixes you will have to pay for.  If you want to deal with a company that is reputable and will stand behind their work, definitely don't deal with Hansons.

We sat through a 2 hour sales pitch, and the salesman gave us rude looks and comments when we requested he move to the actual estimate...which were higher then he said they would be while chatting early on in the visit....
 then as he was leaving he made rude comments to my husband and left us no copy of any estimate or business card... we never received our free tablet for enduring the pitch as stated in the ad....
We did however find an excellent roofing company after dealing with Hansons... D&W were helpful, courteous, use high quality materials and were very reasonably priced...I complemented the nice salesman and told him we had a bad experience elsewhere and he said that he really appreciated my compliments... he knew right away from whom we had bad service from.... apparently customer service and satisfaction is not a priority with 1-800-Hansons....

If 0 stars was an option I would have selected that.   Hansons came out and gave me a quote for siding work,  they told me the job was going to start on Thursday,  I get a call Wednesday and they say they cannot do the job they agreed on because my garage is 100 years old and the siding could not be attached due to a non-square problem.  They also said that I could not find anyone else to do the upper portion of my house because it is too complex.  I did not hide from Hanson's that I had a very tall Brick Victorian, nor did I hide the fact that my garage wasn't square, any idiot who looks at it can pretty much figure it out.  So how I got all the way to the day before the install job to be threatened and informed my job could not be done, is beyond me, they sent out both a salesman and a measure guy   ....  I called CL Ward and they are completely willing to do the job,  understand the challenges associated with the project  so apparently my impossible job isn't, and Hanson's just doesn't want to honor the contract we signed

The men installing the windows were rude and messy. Three of the triple paned windows have broken and the service people don't show up when scheduled. The windows let bugs in and the screens don't fit right. It was a terrible experience.

Laziest man ever showed up to do my quote. His opening line was "we are expensive these won't be for you"....then for 25 minutes (not one measurement) proceeds to tell me why these windows wont be a good fit for my house. Even after telling him I still want to get a quote he decided that since my porch dipped they couldn't do anything. Even though they are attached. My porch is a different foundation then my house. 

Lazy!

So I told him to move on.
