I'm happy with the outcome of my new roof because my 100 year old house needed one .  3 stars are for the  contractor used to install the ridge vent and roof . The crew failed to cut any ridge out of the roof for a ridge vent to work .  (cutting corners on a roof will only cause problems later )  I work away from home during  the week and when I returned I inspected there work and I've had them back going on 3 weeks now. Otherwise look at the work that is being done to make sure your getting what you paid for.

We had our roof replaced and were assured by the staff and the installers that because of the superior ridge venting they use, ice damning would not be an issue.  I had wanted to address the pitch of the roof prior to replacing it because of the ice damning occurring in a specific area.  They recommended against it.  They even recommended we remove our heat stripping in that area and put it in the gutter where it will be better served.  10 days later it started leaking.  Fast forward 3 weeks, and I am looking at over $10,000 in damage to the interior of my home and climbing.  We will likely be looking at a full kitchen remodel by the time this is done.  Hanson's was unwilling to help with anything.  So this double lifetime warranty they speak of is only to cover....  I guess I have no clue what it covers.  We have not heard back from them in over a week after multiple voicemails and emails.

The rep was here over 4 hours. For an estimate. Sounds good but if you later say no you changed your mind on spending 15000 on the job right now the rep will not leave you alone.  Several phone calls. I ended up blocking the number and then he came to my house. When I complained to the reps supervisor he said he's just trying to keep your business.  No thats harrasment.

We had the the window installers  Jamie, Dave and Keifer ( TERRY LEE THREE ) . We highly recommend this crew and the windows they installed !  VERY HAPPY

I wrote yesterday about a bad experience with a supervisor after a good experience with the workman ship (gutters and siding). My house looks wonderful and I received a very nice call today that have me warm and fuzzy again. My house looks great and the gentleman Marvin took the time to explain things to me. I wish more people were like him-good man, good company!
