It should be possible to give a company one star. I can not stress enough. Go with PODS. Avoid this company at all costs. Horrible customer service and no earthly idea when they will deliver. Do yourself a favor, go with a company that you know will put their customers first. Full of excuses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. Sales will say whatever they need to say to get the job and then not deliver.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Moving is stressful enough and this company has made it so much more stressful! I tried reaching customer service for 4 days, my call was returned on day 6 after my initial call. Terms and conditions in the paper contract handed me by the driver are different from the terms in the email. They did not price-match as promised, claimed I did not schedule a pick up date and left a container in my drive way for 2 extra weeks while charging me rent. When I asked to listen to the recorded sales call, they refused. Do not waste your time.

I wouldn't give them one star if it let me post. even give them a star. The worst experience for making a resvervation  that this old man (59)has come across in his  20+++ moves hes done in his life.  I have now booked with PODS, paid 200 more and feel great. If PODS can get a permit to park the dang thing on the street why couldn't you??????   4-5 hours of my life yesterday at one of the more stressfull times in life. Please stop putting money in front of morals!!!
Tell people the whole truth. 
If anyone wants to discuss this with me I hope thier is a way to communicate with out me giving out phone number. I'LL GLADLY, TELL YOU THE HORROR STORY.

Very bad customer service!!!!! I was told that the pod would be picked up within a couple of days. Day 5 and it's still here. Called packrat and got the run around saying they are two busy to come and get their pod until the 8th. And they can't send out a driver because they are busy. Meanwhile I guess it will sit in my driveway empty for 8 plus days. Take your business someplace else. This company is a joke, but they got their money already so I don't matter.

Drivers with a large truck with your company name written on it should probably not drive 10-15 mph over the speed limit through Parker CO and not use turn signals when changing lanes. Plate # LA 19274 .  Oh and maybe you could answer your phone.
