BEWARE! Paid for services and the extra insurance along with the service. Their movers destroyed a piece of furniture in the move and attested to such on their final job paperwork. I completed a claim form, submitted to both office staff and the owner Bill Volk who has yet to fulfill is contractual obligation.  Have made numerous attempts to resolve with no response from Bill for more than a year.  Poor service; they don’t follow the practices they claim they will of wrapping/protecting furniture; and don’t honor their contractual obligations when damage occurs.

The office/sales staff was very nice and told us about their service. When the movers got their it was a different story. We were told that they could take a part furniture, but when the movers got there they said they didn't do that, and didn't have any tools so I had to scramble and get a couple of things taken apart. They charge by the hour and took 5 1/2 hours to load my 1500 sq ft townhome. We had to be out of our place one day, but couldn't get into our new place for a day, so we had a different set of movers for the unloading process. It was night and day. The people that packed us up were not professional, slow, and did a horrible job packing the truck. As the 2nd set of movers started unloading we noticed up side down boxes, a broken table, and discovered a huge gauge in the middle of our wood dining room table. We are lucky not more was damaged with the poor packing job. We complained but were told all we could do is file an insurance claim, and maybe after a few months get $100 back. They talk a really good game, but completely different after they are hired and show up. They were the cheapest quote that I got, so I should have known better. You get what you pay for, and will never use them again.

Horrid experience.   Broken box after broken box upon delivery. apparently during storage they needed to unload our stuff, during reload they stored boxes upside down.  So many broken items, some that can be replaced, some that cannot.   I would not recommend this company.  Bill was apologetic and Im sure this wasn't intentionally done, however that doesn't make it any easier.  Now we get to deal with insurance claims, wish us luck

Pro Movers helped me at the last minute with little notice. They went above and beyond and didn't take advantage of me in a difficult situation. I'd use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!!!
