Three men showed up forty minutes before our scheduled move out time. They explained that they finished another job early and we ended up letting them begin packing. We had 650lbs worth of stuff (one bedroom apartment with minimal furniture) and it took them four and a half hours to finish everything!! They left scraps of garbage all over our apartment as well. They seemed nice enough until they started speaking to each other in Spanish (and assuming we couldn't understand all of their inappropriate jokes and snide comments about our belongings). The young man with them spent the entire time wrapping up and boxing a five shelf bookcase then proceeded to wander around our apartment just watching the other two. The list they made of our items didn't even have the major belongings on it and we spent a lot of time correcting it. Overall pretty disappointing.

We moved from Colorado to South Carolina, and we're very pleased with Chris Coyle and Rhonda Rutledge, of Mayflower, who were always responsive and helpful to meet our needs and questions. The men who did the loading, transport and unloading were professional, efficient and very careful with our belongings. Thank you, Mayflower!

Very disappointing, they have owed us $150 for damages for a year now. Mr. Coyle was non-responsive to my May 23 email and I just sent a follow-up today June 21. Will provide update once I have a response. The actual move was OK, team unloading tried not to create damage, but were poorly trained.

We had a few glitches, but staff was very flexible and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with the whole process. From the estimate to the delivery in our new destination everyone was helpful, the move was handled professionally and the driver worked with us in delivery time, and was on time. Very happy. We moved from Denver to New Orleans and the driver who is from New Orleans knew how narrow our street was, and came prepared, and even gave us some info on our new neighborhood. Jeannette in the office, answered all our questions and checked in us. Also, nothing was broken! First time ever! We have always moved ourselves before, but never again!
