I can second that the name means nothing. They needed 2 days to clean a suit. They were honest in not taking the $60.00 they found in my pockets. They did a good job cleaning the suit. I only wish I could have had it cleaned in an hour. Over all not bad for a standard cleaner. I would recommend they change the name, but understand that its hard to do.

I was turned away, having been told that "there is no such thing as a 'one hour cleaning' "and their name was just that, 'a name'. There was no evaluation of the garment, no questions were asked to see if further assistance could be given, and no sympathy. "Now wait a minute," you might say, "we have no idea how bad her clothing was. It could have been a wreck and all the King's horses and all the King's men couldn't put this mess back together again!" I assure you though, that the item in question was a black blazer that had been drooled on and had gotten wrinkled. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this doesn't seem like a hard or time consuming task to fix. Still, I was turned away and made to feel like I was the idiot for having waited so long and foolishly expecting the company TO ACTUALLY LIVE UP TO IT'S OWN. GODDAMN. NAME!!!!! Disgusting.
