I waited until the last minute to get fitted for a dress for my friends wedding. Hangers to Hems got me in for a fitting right away, expedited my order, alterations were perfect and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Was given an estimate of one week to have a pair of pants brought in, a service I've literally had done in less than an hour at other businesses. I thought I would give them a chance though as they are very close to my apartment. One week later I go in to pick up the pants and they tell me they are still in the process of resizing them and it could be another week as this is not a simple job, again other businesses offer this service in under an hour. Very disappointed with the service and I will not be giving hangers to hems any more of my business.

10$ a hem holy s*** and then they added an express fee without me knowing. Then last of all the pants were to damn long.

I have taken several items here, from mending holes, sewing seams to replacing zippers.  They do an excellent job.  However, their prices have increased.  Not all jobs are done on site.  Zippers are replaced by an off site seamstress.  In 2013, my child's Columbia coat zipper was beautifully replaced for around $7.00 and took a week to return.  Just this morning we took in my husband's no name jacket for a zipper replacement; a week turnaround and $21.00!!!!  I was shocked.  Great work, but always been at least a week to return items and pricing is always a surprise.
