The service was somewhat more expensive than anticipated, but the quality of the work was well worth it! I hired them to clean a stained carpet from previous tenants. They came in and finished the job very quickly. At first I was concerned about how fast they had worked, but after inspecting the room commend them on their work! It looks just like new! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of an, albeit not cheap, but complete floor cleaning.

They did a great job! They were friendly and professional. They got out stains that no one else could. You never know what you are going to get with these types of places but this one was a winner for sure. I highly recommend Lappins to my friends and family.

I dropped off an oriental rug to clean, in good shape with a stain. I knew it would be difficult to get out. I know they did their very best. They charged a very reasonable rate. They were polite and helpful. I recommend them. Mary Hennen

The final bill was ridiculously overpriced. Left everything in a mess when they were done. We were charged a full hours worth of work for one guy to make the 5 minute drive to our house, to pick up one fan. I would never recommend Lappins to anyone.

As we called on them in an emergency we had no time to do proper research. I wish we had, because the negative comments below are all too accurate: they were late, they were rude (they left without telling us they were done, for example), they are horribly overpriced (almost $250 for a 20-minute cleaning), they charged for picking up a fan without giving us the option of returning it ourselves, and they use sub-contractors that don't disclose their rates. I will avoid them in the future, and I suggest anyone considering using their services do the same.
