Great pricing, delivered ahead of schedule.  Mark @ customer service was great to work with.  We ordered a Window AC through Amazon.  After it was delivered, I realized it did not meet the oddly strict Co-op requirements.  I called Mark and in less than 5 minutes we swapped out the order for a unit that did.  Easy and painless.
