My husband and I decided to redo our kitchen and therefore bought all new appliances from the PC Richards in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.  Our Sales Counselor Michael  in the appliance department  was with us from the very beginning - recommending models/brands, placing the order at the best possible prices and delivering the pieces in separate orders to accommodate our contractor's needs.  His cheerful, positive and attentive disposition really made the entire experience stress-free and wonderful.  He was always very personable and responded back in a very timely manner.  We greatly appreciate his honestly as well.  Will be forever grateful! Truly the employee of the year! :-)

I lost my wireless headphones and needed an immediate replacement, so I went to the PC Richard and Son in Bay Ridge. They have a nice selection with a variety of manufacturers but of course I couldn’t help but to go straight to the Bose display. The sales personnel was very pleasant and led me to my perfect pair, for under $200!!! Great place to shop!

I recently purchase a new microwave over the range. Rob in appliances was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful. Not to mention, P.C. Richards prices we’re amazing! Rob was able to get the installation and delivery date I needed with no problem. I will definitely be coming here for all my appliance needs.

This store is the bee’s knees. Great products and low prices. We had a lot of questions and Nico answered every one of them. We are extremely happy with the knowledge and service offered at this store. Thanks Nico!

I've been shopping with Joe Santana for years! He always takes care of me and my family. In the last year alone he's helped us furnish two houses with all of our appliances and televisions. Not only does he consistently give us good deals, but he gives even better service. Any time we have an issue we can call Joe, not customer service. I 100% recommend PC Richard and son. Specifically Joe Santana.
