Excellent Store with outstanding customer service.

I tried to reach this store for 3 days straight, and no one ever answered the phone. I actually travelled to Borough Park to visit the store (which is a cramped-looking little basement) during their alleged business hours, and the place was dark and locked. So – to sum up this "business" – you can't reach them by phone, and the store is closed with no explanation during business hours. I went to The Buzz 5 blocks down on 50th St. and found what I needed.
