I parked in this garage (LOT 31) because it seems secure, it is close my place, and they advertise $3 for evening and weekends. I parked on Monday (9/11/17) at 6:47PM and left the parking lot on Tuesday (9/12/17) at 6:53AM. The amount charged was $18.00. I went to City Center Parking located at 6th Ave and asked the receptionist for more information about their policy for evening parking and she could not tell me. She said it may be that evening rate is only from 6pm to 11:59PM. Then again, she gave me a contact card with 2 names: Sue and Ernie, which I have left voice messages multiple times to figure things out... I have yet received a call back from any of them. Beware of parking here. FYI the parking lot across the street has an evening and weekend rate for $3 and it clearly shows the evening rate goes from 6PM to 7AM next day. CCP has terrible customer service. one star rating may be too much!
