Absolute dump. the onsite staff are worthless, not friendly and don't like to interact with anyone. The garage is filthy and on many occasions there have been homeless people in the garage harassing people parking.

at 5pm, one hour to get to the street from the backed up parking garage. Underpaid, under enthused employees do nothing. Management clearly just takes money and does little else.

Ticket machines are always broken, elevator is often broken, parking on 3rd avenue is almost $14.00 even if you're in for early bird parking. Your best bet is to park on the street and feed the meter every 4 hours. Parking garage rates are ridiculous.

Don't expect to be able to leave on 4th ave berween 430 and 5 on a weekday. Took 30 minutes to exit. Was parked on the 6th floor
