My father has a unit here and while he has been going through some health issues I have been tasked downsizing his life for assisted living. The people here have been so nice and helpful when I've needed it. When you're going through this kind of change every helpful moment is important.

The way this place is set up it's as if storage places are the most prone robbery targets on the planet. Never seen a storage place so clean and secure in my life. Professional attentive staff and a free truck on moving days along with reasonable rates, coded gate entry, coded door entry into any building topped off with the free cylinder lock? Sold at, well, all of it. Safer than most actual places I have dwelled in.

Staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure the storage facility is safe and welcoming to everyone. I will always store with 145th they really don't let you down. :)

Accommodating and understanding, these people are compassionate towards their customers to the max. The only downside here is that when I moved my gear into my unit the cutting/drill out fee was around 20.00 but people took advantage of that and they raised it to 50. Despite this and having to do the drill out on my locker it's worth it.
