Public Service Announcement: Do not store your belongings here. Security is soft and is easy pickings for thieves. My unit was in the climate controlled building with chicken wire overhead all the units. The thieves climbed on top to scope out which units have goods they want. Then they used wire cutters to access the unit, all without any noticeable damage from the front. I noticed mine was broken into but nothing missing and I notified the office and they said it would be repaired. Two months later the repair was not made and items were stolen. The insurance that they provide also does not pay out to compensate for the loss. Be warned, the passive and negligent management does not take care of this facility. If you must use this storage facility, buy your own insurance that will cover your loss.

I have needed to store my stuff a few times and I have been to 2 or 3 other storage places. I have always had some kind of issues but now I'm at this location and I love it. I can say the staff is always helpful and happy. Rose is the best, she is always making sure you have everything you need. She is always friendly and always ready to help if needed. I will never store anything anywhere eles. This location is clean and the staff is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone in need of storing anything. Thank you. Michelle M.

Rose is an awesome property manager and from what I hear I can see why she wins the circle of excellence. She is very friendly, very knowledgeable and has a BIG selection of units and merchandise to chose from. I also heard she's a very good trainer. Thank you Rose for your hard work and excellence. You deserve to be A-1.
