Absolutely rude and unprofessional cashier! I am going to school and validating my parcking ticket everyday. Today tho was charged normal price because I wasn’t early bird as she said. When I told her I am going to school and validate the card she said she doesn’t care and that’s my problem. Oh well let’s see what is the management will say about that! The worst parcking ever.

Day parking is fine, $7 for early bird. But absolutely stay away from their online monthly enrollment. It is a complete sham as you get charged and then sent on a wild goose chase for the permit they were supposed to mail. Had to file a fraud charge with my credit card company to resolve the issue.
