No Customer Service, No Holiday Cheer - I park at this location often. This morning I misplaced my ticket. So I stopped by the desk before leaving the garage to let him know "thinking" perhaps he'll see I got there before 9:00 a.m. and can issue me another ticket or something. He says so we'll issue you a lost ticket. Then I ask, will I have to pay the $12. He says yes. I ask can't I just take another ticket from the  machine. He replies no and then proceeds to get back on his phone. If I find my ticket no harm, no foul. But I could not believe the nonchalance of this dude. You see I'm there at 7:30 a.m. and you can't work with me? Will NOT park here anymore and will tell my govvie colleagues not to either. Merry Christmas to that!

For a long time, I would rent cars and park overnight in their lot. The next day, I would pay them the fee - no problems. Out of the blue, the bastards towed my car because they decided to stop overnight parking without telling anyone in the apartment complex where the lot is located. And if the annoyance of towing wasn't bad enough, my rental car was damaged when I went to pick it up, Don't ever use atlantic parking lots.
