There billing accuracy needs work.Tjey deactivated my entry pass. Paid my monthly bill 10 days ago and I'm have to park elsewhere today until they get it together. I don't have 100+ dollars a month for these kind of mistakes on their part.

This would be a great parking garage, if not for the very rude 6 am attended, he never wants to help. He acts as if he does not speak any English. You have to lay on the horn when he is in and he looks back at you as if he is doing you a favor to let you in the garage. Such a disappointment to have to deal with him so early in the morning.

No signs about closing early. Car was locked in at 7:30 pm on a Friday night. Asked the attendant upon entry about time. He never said they close early.
