Had to bring back garment because it smelled like CAT PISS when I picked it up. They promised to have it ready for me before I flew out of town in a few days for a business trip. When I go to pick it up, shocker, they HAVE NO CLUE WHERE THE GARMENT IS. Attendant was nice enough, but after they figure out how to track down their truck driver they tell me that the garment is at their location 30 mins away and has not been cleaned yet. The best part: NO EFFORT ON THEIR PART TO MAKE IT UP. THEY ONLY TOLD ME THAT THE S.A.M.E THING HAD HAPPENED WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER YESTERDAY!!

does not deserve to be in business in the great state if texas. Absolute disgrace

ANSWER : 1 - Grease 

This DRY CLEANSER SAID THEY CAN'T DRY CLEAN ANYTHING WITH GREASE 

EGG GREASE 

HAMBURGER GREASE 

HOT DOG GREASE 

CHEESE GREASE 

CHILI 

ANYTHING WITH FOOD THEY CAN'T DRY CLEAN AGAINST POLICY. LOL

INK STAIN YOU HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER 

THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE 

OK, EVERY THROW AWAY YOUR CLOTHS AND LET THE DRY CLEANERS GO OUT OF BUSINESS THEN WHEN THEY COME INTO YOUR STORE THEM THEM YOU CAN'T SERVE THEM THEN IT WILL MAKE SENSE.  SMILES

NEVER GO HERE!  They have multiple complains of losing items and not compensating.   They lost a very expensive dress of mine, and refuse to do anything about it.   STAY AWAY!!

I just called to try and make an appointment with the number in the phone book and the lady that answered said "I have no idea what's open, you have to talk to my boss man about that". I asked for that number and she said "Wait, what did you just ask me?" 
WOW....
Most unprofessional phone conversation I think I've ever had.
