"Avoid this place if you can, there are other options out there with a better track record."

I have interacted with this establishment only a handful of times. The LAST adventure was when I paid to have two dress shirts cleaned. One of the shirts was returned with the area under the arm completely burned (like it was left under the iron too long or something). 

When I went back to their office, hoping to hear at least an apology and some settlement, i was met with the most ridiculous denial I have ever heard. I was told that my shirt was probably eaten by roaches or some other insect in my closet. Of all my shirts, in all the years, it so happened that this one shirt which I had just gotten back from you fell sole victim to bugs in my closet.

I was torn between laughing and just feeling sorry for the person speaking to me in this way. So I just turned around and left. At least I know where NOT to go in the future.

Avoid this place if you can, there are other options out there with a better track record.

Hate it.  It's official.  Why? I brought my Ralph Lauren slacks to get dry cleaned and "repaired".   it had a penny sized hole on the back right pocket (where my wallet goes) and the staff do  a good job on the dry cleaning but amateurs on repair. Worst sewing job.  It Just screams "I don't care!!" 
If they couldn't do the job then why even take the bait? 
So I'm OK with it but I then couldn't get a refund because of labor cost? I wouldn't pay a auto body mechanic if all he does is make the car look worse. Even though it was $9ish the simple fact is the recommendation was to throw it away and buy a new one.  
I just said ok and realized my time is not worth the trouble.  
I highly don't recommend going here.  Take your business else.

Worst dry cleaner ever. Completely unprofessional - they ruined the hem of a $180 dollar silk dress, broke multiple buttons and destroyed a pair of designer jeans when asked for a simple patch.

I live right by this cleaners. They know me by name and they always take great care of me. I had an interview and they did my suit in 6 hours.

Had 2 of my dress shirts (about $80 each) dry cleaned there, both of them came back with broken buttons. They even replaced one of the broken buttons without telling me about it. Terrible services...
