First time at this particular salon in McKinney on 11/12/17 after a year of trying to get my hair styled correctly at other places around town. I am so happy I decided to come here and even happier they recommended Emily! She is not just a barber/stylist but a true artist! Best cut I have had in years and she is so detailed and committed to her art. I will be back for sure for a long time to come for Emily to style my hair! Thank you Emily! Not sure I like the expensive product I purchased and would be nice if there was an exchange policy on it as I think I need another type of product all together for my hair style.

Best hair cut I’ve ever gotten. Erik did a phenomenal job. The price was only 39.99 before tip. Would highly recommend!

First time there and it was excellent. Emily did a fantastic job with so much attention to detail. Probably the best haircut I've had in a long time. 18/8 was great and I will be coming here from now on.

Where to begin, I was just leaving a Monday meeting (I don't work on Mondays) that highlighted the customer experience and going above in beyond to be the next obvious choice. Candace-Marion, no matter what route you take in life, so long as you take with you your excellent ability to speak with someone genuinely to guide them in your expert craft. I thought I knew what I wanted, really what I had was a direction I wanted to go and Candace-Marion guided me to the conclusion that I feel is best for my hair. Combine that with a well practiced hand, and knowledge of styling, I feel confident that for the first time I have a plan for my hair and style! Thank you Candace-Marion I appreciate your service! Bailey, who directed my first impression was also worthy of noting. She greeted me with a big smile and was quick to not only get my process started, but also making me comfortable. Offering me a refreshment, directing my attention to areas I may need, answered any questions and engaged me in conversation that brought more of their services to my knowledge. I believe that reviews are mostly for the people, but I was impressed with the thought and layout of the building. Candace-Marion and Bailey you ladies Rock!
