Poor customer service. The lady who did my styling hair was complaining non-stop that my hair was super tangled. It took her 30 minutes just to try to untangle it. I ended up just offering to brush my own hair. It took me 3 minutes. All I wanted was to have my hair washed and straightened. It took her more than an hour to complete and I was charged $50 for the service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Have been to this salon many times and continues to be my favorite. Even after buying all my hair products here, the cost overall is very inexpensive. Everyone is very friendly. Best of all, my hair is healthier and looks better than it has in years. Very knowledgeable staff. My hair is naturally a dark brunette. It's been through many stages of blonde but is now a fabulous white blonde. It's soft, healthy, and I love it!!!!

I moved to Mckinney 2 years ago and it took a while to find a good place for a men's cut. I've been coming here for the past six months and I've had cuts with 3 different stylists and they have all been good. The prices are reasonable and the cuts are reliable. I recommend this place.

Lindsey squeezed me in, to do a quick fix of my hair before an event I had that night, even though I had unknowingly called 10 minutes before they closed! She did an amazing job, and was very sweet and understanding.  I was/am very grateful to her for helping me out on such short notice!!

I love coming here! Everyone is friendly, and Ashley Gardea does an amazing job with color and styling. She is sweet and personable, and makes it fun every time I come. I highly recommend her and this salon.
