Checked in online and when I walked in the door my name was first on the list. A few moments later the person after me was called up, that's not the way I understood online check in to work. Since the haircuts really aren't that great at this location anyway, I won't be back. Online check in is supposed to be beneficial to the customer .

I have a great experience each time I come here. They always do a great job with my 4 kids and are always very friendly and happy. We look forward to going to get our haircuts here!

I got my haircut yesterday night, and I usually go home and cut my hair a little more. However, Anna was my stylist, and she perfectly nailed the style, length, and shape. She also gave me some really great tips on styling, that I actually tried today. I'm serious, Anna knows what she's doing. 10/10 recommend.

Such a unfriendly place to step in! None has gives inviting look when you get in there! And top of that the person who I got my kids hair done would not just listen! She does what she wants or knows probably!
